Job title: Service Administrative Assistant
Reports to: Service Manager
Interface to other Departments: Claim Management, Spare Parts, After Sales Austria
Pay rate range:$18-21 per hour
Shift: Monday through Friday: occasional Saturday:

Goals & Expectations: 
Be highly responsive to customer needs and respond properly to all inquiries.
Manage incoming calls to service, an invoices.
Provide travel related services for the technician team members (airfare, hotel, rental cars)
Assist the service manager with technician expense reports and timesheets.
Achieve the highest level of accuracy in quotations and invoicing as well as expense reports and travel documentation.
As the proxy for the service manager is to provide the service manager the best way possible support and to be able to execute all functions of the service manager manager.
Assist with documentation of technician training lessons, completions, and various training documents.

Skills, Education:

Communication:
Use verbal communication skills to speak with customers, listening to their concerns and asking questions when needed to determine the nature of their problems and equipment needs.
Written communication skills to achieve a reliable and comprehensive documentation.
Proficiency in communication with customers across different levels in the organization.

Customer Service:
Interact with customers by helping them schedule service visits.

Computer Skills:

Log information into digital work reports as well as navigate company programs that assist in quotations, invoices, expense reports, and timesheets.
Intermediate to proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Proficient in accounts payable:

Professional Flexibility:

Must be willing, to accept calls for assistance from customers and NGR technicians after hours within reasonable limits (7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.) when the service manager is out of town or otherwise unavailable.
Being able and willing to travel internationally for training as needed.

Language Capabilities:
Proficient in English. 
Bilingual is a plus but not required.
