God did not give you a spirit of fear. That’s good to know. Now let’s look at the Spirit of power, love and a sound mind that He did give you! The Holy Spirit is an essential part of your born-again identity. You have been made into a container for God Himself! Fear has to flee from the perfect love you hold inside. It cannot exist in the presence of God. Better still, He comes to you as a free gift. You don’t have to build up the love of God in you and you don’t have to chase after it in order to fill up with it. You are already full! In Him, your mind is sound and your thoughts are clear. Just realize what you have and step aside to release God’s power and light from within.

- I am free of fear for I am filled with the presence of God Himself.
- By faith I receive a revelation of the Spirit of God that lives in me now.
- I have the power and love and mind of Christ Jesus within me.
