Care Delivery: 
To provide the highest quality of care to AccordCare clients utilizing the Plan of Care provided to ensure clients' needs are met about safety, well-being, and satisfaction. 

Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks. 

Cooking meals or comfortable with making trips for food. 

• Wheelchair assistance needed
• Help with general light housekeeping.
