 Remote Customer Support Specialist

Overview:
Provide inbound/outbound phone, email, or chat support for clients across various industries. Perfect for those with strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues.

Record all interactions accurately in the system.

Escalate complex concerns when necessary.

Represent the Resilience LLC values in every interaction.

Requirement

Qualifications 

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Self-motivated and dependable.

Computer proficiency (MS Office/Google Workspace, email, data entry).

Customer service or admin experience preferred.

 

Schedule & Flexibility 

• Set your own hours – part-time or full-time availability accepted.

 • No fixed shifts – log in and work when it fits your life. 

• Training is provided virtually

Compensation • $15–$20/hr depending on role, experience, and client assignment. 

• Performance incentives may be available. 

• Independent contractor status (not benefits-eligible). 

Equipment Requirements 

• You may use your own computer/laptop and headset, subject to a system compatibility test. 

• If you do not have equipment, Resilience LLC partners with internal PC specialists to assist you in acquiring the necessary equipment affordably.

 • Reliable internet connection required.
